For applicants
Registration and accommodation of students during the educational camp
Time: from 12:00 to 15:00 (first day of the shift).

Students are registered in the presence of a legal representative or teacher, provided that they have a travel voucher and a copy of the order.
Registration without a legal representative is possible if an appropriate application is submitted on the first day of the shift.
Required documents
When registering for an educational session at the Children’s Technology Park, you must provide the following documents on the day of arrival:
- application for admission of a student (application of legal representatives / parents of students – sample or application of a student – sample)– (email address osos@ndtp.by);
- consent of the students’ legal representatives/parents — document. This consent must be printed out, read, signed, and provided at the time of registration on the day of arrival;
- individual curriculum (taking into account the distribution of study hours by subject during the period of stay at the National Children’s Technology Park), approved by the head of the educational institution where the student is receiving general secondary education – sample;
- student’s birth certificate (or other identity document) + copy of the certificate;
- medical certificate on the student’s health status indicating the health group and physical education group (Form 1 zd/u-10); ***
- medical certificate for swimming (whether there are any contraindications for swimming);
- certificate of no contact with infectious patients (issued no earlier than three days before arrival);
- an extract from a medical record indicating the exact diagnoses and restrictions on physical activity.
***For students enrolled in the Virtual and Augmented Reality program who have medical indications for wearing glasses, we recommend using lenses during practical classes in the Children’s Technology Park’s training laboratory.
Necessary items
List of items and stationery required for study:
Textbooks for school subjects are issued at Secondary School No. 225 in Minsk. Students must bring notebooks, pens, and stationery to class according to the lesson schedule:
- lined notebook (12 sheets) – 5 pieces (subjects: Belarusian language, Belarusian literature, Russian language, Russian literature, foreign language);
- notebook in a cage (12 sheets) – 6 pcs. (subjects: world history, history of Belarus, social studies, geography, biology, chemistry);
- notebook in a cage (24 sheets) – 2 pieces. (subjects: mathematics, physics);
- paper (A4 format) – 10 sheets;
- handle – 2 pcs. ;
- pencil – 1 pc. ;
- 1 eraser;
- ruler – 1 pc. ;
- 1 sharpener;
- button-operated envelope folder – 1 piece;
- files – 1 pc; laptop (optional).
Personal hygiene items:
- toothbrush and paste;
- antibacterial soap (in a soap dish);
- loofah;
- shampoo;
- antiseptic;
- protective masks;
- a cup;
- a hairbrush.

- required wearing formal business attire;
- waterproof jacket;
- T-shirts, undershirts (optional quantity);
- warm jacket or overalls;
- a warm sweater/sweatshirt (optional);
- long-sleeved shirt or turtleneck (optional);
- jeans;
- cotton socks (based on the number of days spent at the children’s technology park);
- warm tights/underwear (based on the number of days spent at the children’s technology park);
- track suit;
- warm pajamas;
- fancy clothes for mass events;
- warm headdress( hat),
- scarf, gloves or mittens;
- pool accessories (swimsuit, swimming trunks, flip-flops, rubber cap, swimming goggles, and towel).
Footwear:
- classic models in soft colors that match the clothing (for formal events);
- warm spring or winter shoes (depending on the weather);
- change of shoes (house slippers) for the residential building;
- slippers (for showering and swimming);
- sports shoes with white soles.
Business attire: a sweatshirt with the logo of the National Children’s Technopark (issued upon check-in), a white shirt or blouse, trousers (skirt for girls), and a lanyard badge mandatory for attending classes, school events, and official occasions.
One of the most important rules for visiting the pool is to follow the dress code. There is a strict dress code in place, and you should only wear swimsuits or swim trunks. Shorts and regular clothing are not allowed, as they can contaminate the water and cause discomfort to other visitors, as well as restrict your movement while swimming.
Rules for students at the National Children’s Technology Park
Successful selection results for one educational session at the National Children’s Technology Park do not apply to other educational sessions.
Participation of students in individual events or parts of the educational program is not allowed due to the integrity and substantive logic of the educational program, the intensive mode of study, and the volume of academic workload for the entire period of students’ stay at the National Children’s Technology Park.
Visiting students is prohibited. If it is necessary to transfer items to a student, the transfer is carried out through the staff of the Department of Educational Work at the place of residence of the students of the shift (the first floor of the dormitory). Transfer time: 10.00-12.00, 14.00-19.00.
The Children’s Technology Park is not responsible for the safety of personal belongings that have not been stored. There is no room for forgotten items. Forgotten items are disposed of within 2 weeks after the end of the educational session.
The issue of using and storing any medications and drugs, if necessary for regular use, is resolved on an individual basis with a medical professional at the Children’s Technology Park.
Parents (legal representatives) are financially responsible for damage caused to the Children’s Technology Park by students.
Rules of Conduct for Students at the Children's Technology Park
During their stay at the Children’s Technology Park, students are required to:
- follow the Internal regulations;
- comply with all established rules, including: emergency safety rules, rules of conduct in residential areas, on the territory of the Children’s Technology Park, in places designated for cultural events, on sports grounds, in the self-study room, in the theater, and on excursions, rules for dining room duty, rules for using sanitary rooms (restrooms), rules for personal hygiene and sanitation, rules for conducting excursions and educational trips, safety requirements for visiting swimming pools and participating in sports activities, and follow the instructions provided by the staff of the National Children’s Technology Park.
- not to commit actions that harm your own health and the health of others;
- participate in the implementation of educational and training programs at the Children’s Technology Park;
- be disciplined and polite;
- take care of the nature and property of the Children’s Technology Park;
- participate in self-service activities (cleaning the sleeping area and premises, the territory of the Children’s Technology Park, and serving in the dining room);
- follow the business attire when attending classes, as well as official and ceremonial events: a sweatshirt with the logo of the National Children’s Technology Park / a white shirt or blouse, trousers (skirt for girls), and a lanyard badge.
- if you feel unwell, immediately inform your teacher or healthcare professional.
Students are strictly prohibited:
- smoking (cigarettes, electronic smoking systems), using intoxicating substances, and drinking alcoholic and low-alcohol beverages;
- leave the territory without escort or permission from the administration;
- bring and use dangerous items (knives, flammable substances, etc.);
- bring expensive items with you (gold jewelry, clothes, and large sums of money);
- use medications without consulting your doctor;
- use physical force against other students and employees;
- use obscene expressions and gestures, and make noise;
- to spread information that may be harmful to health and development;
- other illegal actions (omissions);
Store and consume food products that are prohibited by sanitary and epidemiological regulations:
- homemade food (including pies and buns);
- instant food products (fast foods);
- confectionery products with cream and filling (cakes, pastries);
- any sodas, kvass, lemonades, and non-heated beverages (fresh juices, fruit drinks), as well as tonic and energy drinks;
- mushrooms and dishes containing them;
- canned goods, pickled vegetables and fruits;
- any smoked meats and sausages, meat pâtés, dried or cured products, raw smoked meat products and sausages, canned goods, fish and vegetable canned goods, sprats, any salads, etc.; chewing gums, chips, and crackers;
- food products with expired expiration dates and (or) signs of poor quality, especially perishable and perishable food products at the expiration of the expiration date;
- dairy products (yogurts, cottage cheese, glazed cheese, etc.);
- dry food concentrates for instant soups and side dishes.
Products allowed for transfer:
- dry flour products (drinks, cookies, crackers, croutons, waffles);
- sweets, chocolate, marshmallows, and jelly;
- nuts (excluding peanuts), dried fruits;
- mineral and drinking water – no more than 0.5 liters;
- natural juices and nectars in individual packaging of 0.2 liters.
- fruits: pears, apples, tangerines, oranges, kiwis, and bananas (the portion of fruit should be enough for the student to eat in one day).
Procedure for exemption from classes
In the case of students participating in the Republican Olympiad in academic subjects, the Republican Competition of Research Papers (Conference) for students in the academic subjects of Astronomy, Biology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, Application for Release on behalf of the child’s parents (legal representatives), is submitted to the Director of the Technopark (Director’s Office) no later than 7 calendar days before the date of the event. The result of the application review is monitored by the parent or legal representative independently.
If the application for exemption is approved, parents (legal representatives) can pick up the student from 07:30 to 08:30 on the first day of the educational event specified in the application, and return the student from 19:30 to 22:00 on the last day of the educational event specified in the application.
In the case of a child’s departure with an accompanying person, a Release with an Accompanying Person Application is submitted.

Eviction procedure
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (last day of the shift)
The student can be picked up by a legal representative or a teacher, provided that they have a travel permit and a copy of the order. The student can leave without a legal representative, provided that they have a relevant statement.
*Parking for cars is provided.
