Attention, graduates!

Information about admission of graduates of the National Children’s Technology Park to higher education institutions without entrance exams

To enroll in this program, applicants must receive a recommendation from the supervisory board of the National Children’s Technology Park educational institution and pass an interview at a higher education institution in accordance with the procedures determined by the Ministry of Education (Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus on Amendments to the Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus dated September 6, 2022, No. 294 “On Enrollment in Higher Education Institutions for Persons Who Have Completed the Educational Program for Additional Education of Gifted Children and Youth”).

By the Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus dated August 28, 2025, No. 153 the list of specialties in general higher and special higher education has been expanded, and individuals who have completed the educational program for additional education of gifted children and youth during their stay at the National Children’s Technopark are admitted without entrance exams.

The procedure for issuing recommendations by the Supervisory Board of the National Children’s Technopark educational institution is determined by Decree No. 97 of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus dated June 9, 2025.

To receive a recommendation, students must submit a request to the Children’s Technology Park (in person or by registered mail to the following address: 25 F. Skaryna Street, Building 3, Minsk, 220076). The request must be submitted no later than April 15  of the year of admission (enrollment) to higher education institutions.

The request can also be submitted by the legal representatives of the minor candidate (the request form is available in the document below). The request must be accompanied by a character reference, a copy of the student’s class register with the behavior assessment, and information about the student’s academic performance (including the average grade for the academic year preceding the year of admission (enrollment) and the three academic quarters of the year of admission (enrollment) issued by the general secondary education institution.

In addition, the student must meet the criteria for being recommended by the Supervisory Board of the National Children’s Technology Park.

The characteristic is issued by the general secondary education institution where the student is studying, in accordance with the current legislation (Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus No. 58 dated February 27, 2023). The characteristic may also contain information about the student’s participation in significant educational and competitive events.

The average score for academic subjects for the academic year preceding the year of admission (enrollment) and the three academic quarters of the year of admission (enrollment) is determined by summing the average score for academic subjects for the academic year preceding the year of admission (enrollment) and the average scores for academic subjects for the three academic quarters of the year of admission (enrollment), and dividing by four.(Sample)

Positive feedback from teachers involved in the implementation of the educational program’s content is requested from teachers by the children’s technology park staff and is attached to the student’s package of documents when submitted to the supervisory board (please do not disturb teachers by requesting feedback).

The Supervisory Board no later than May 15  makes a decision on issuing or refusing to issue a recommendation (in accordance with the areas of education and training in the children’s technology park).

Recommendations can be issued to candidates, legal representatives of minor candidates, in the children’s technology park, or they can be sent by registered mail with a notification of delivery. The method of issuing the recommendation must be specified in the request.

Next, the applicants submit the received recommendation together with the documents, the list of which is established by the Admission Rules, to the Admissions Committee of the UVO in the first days of the deadline for accepting documents for training at the expense of the republican budget.

To be admitted to the chosen specialty, the applicant must pass an interview at the University, which is conducted in an oral form in order to identify the applicants’ personal, business qualities, abilities, and motivation to obtain an education in the chosen specialty. The interview, which is conducted by at least two members of the committee, is recorded on a verbal response form.

The interview is completed no later than two days before the deadline for submitting documents to the admissions committees by individuals who wish to enroll in the University for General Higher and Special Higher Education at the expense of the republican budget.

Based on the results of the interview, the commission makes a decision on the applicant’s passing (non-passing) the interview.

Information about admission of graduates of the National Children’s Technology Park to lyceums and universities without entrance exams

To enroll in this program, applicants must receive a recommendation from the supervisory board of the National Children’s Technology Park educational institution.

To receive a recommendation, students must submit a request to the children’s technology park (in person or by registered mail to the address: 25 F.Skorina Street, Building 3, Minsk). The request must be submitted no later than April 15 of the year of admission (enrollment) to the lyceum.

The request can also be submitted by the legal representatives of the minor candidate (the request form is available in the document below). The request must be accompanied by a character reference, a copy of the student’s class register with the behavior assessment, and information about the student’s academic performance (including the average grade for the academic year preceding the year of admission (enrollment) and the three academic quarters of the year of admission (enrollment) issued by the general secondary education institution.

At the same time, the student must meet the criteria for determining individuals recommended by the Supervisory Board of the National Children’s Technopark Educational Institution (determined by the Ministry of Education’s Decree No. 54 dated February 24, 2023).
